  • For candidates who are active law enforcement officers, the Township of Kalamazoo may match the candidate’s current wages up to $37.23 per hour in 2023 and recognize up to 10 years of full-time service toward retiree health care.

  • Qualified candidates are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
